Instructions:

We identified 473,144 transcription factor binding sites associated with lncRNA gene loci based on 188 types of transcription factor ChIP-seq datasets. You can retrieve information on lncRNAs associated with transcription factor binding by searching the genomic region and selecting the transcription factor.

Help Note:

1. Choose the Genomes; 2. Select Transcription Factors; 3. Enter the Genomic Region; 4. Click "Submit" buttom and show results. Furthermore, clicking on "Example" buttom will display default information.
