Instructions:

We identified 21,486,313 histone modification peaks associated with lncRNA gene loci based on more than 40 types of histone modification ChIP-seq datasets. You can retrieve information on lncRNAs associated with histone modification by searching the genomic region and selecting the modification type.

Help Note:

1. Choose the Genomes; 2. Select Modification Types; 3. Enter the Genomic Region; 4. Click "Submit" buttom and show results. Furthermore, clicking on "Example" buttom will display default information.
