The "LncRNA Synteny Scan" module offers comprehensive infotmation for visualizing lncRNA synteny, allowing users to explore syntenic relationships across the whole genome or specific regions. Before using this module, you can retrieve synteny-conserved lncRNA pairs in the "Synteny-Conserved LncRNA Prediction".

Help Note:

As for "LncRNA Microsynteny Scan", 1. Choose Query and Target Specie; 2. Enter Query and Target LncRNA; 3. Click "LncRNA Microsynteny Scan" buttom and show results. But as for "Whole Genome Synteny Scan", 1. Choose Query and Target Specie; 2. Click "Whole Genome Synteny Scan" buttom and open a new window. Furthermore, clicking on "Example" buttom will display default information.
