The "LncRNA Synteny Scan" module offers comprehensive infotmation for visualizing lncRNA synteny, allowing users to explore syntenic relationships across the whole genome or specific regions. Before using this module, you can retrieve synteny-conserved lncRNA pairs in the "Synteny-Conserved LncRNA Prediction".

As for "LncRNA Microsynteny Scan", 1. Choose Query and Target Specie; 2. Enter Query and Target LncRNA; 3. Click "LncRNA Microsynteny Scan" button and show results. Furthermore, clicking on "Example" button will display default information.
