Instructions:

We identified 10,688,976 DNA methylation sites associated with lncRNA gene loci based on BS-seq datasets. You can retrieve information on lncRNAs associated with DNA methylation sites by searching the genomic region and selecting the DNA methylation type.

1. Choose the Genomes; 2. Select DNA Methylation Types; 3. Enter the Genomic Region; 4. Click "Submit" buttom and show results. Furthermore, clicking on "Example" buttom will display default information.
