A comprehensive platform for plant epigenetic regulatory information of lncRNAs


Introduction

The Plant lncRNA Epigenetic Regulatory Database (PERlncDB) is a comprehensive platform that integrates high-quality lncRNA data from 19 plant species with large-scale ChIP-seq, BS-seq, and RNA-seq datasets to explore the epigenetic regulation and functional roles of lncRNAs. It offers modules for browsing species-specific annotations, searching epigenetic features, cross-species conservation analysis, and visualizing epigenomic landscapes.
