PERlncDB
A comprehensive platform for plant epigenetic regulatory information of lncRNAs
Introduction
The Plant lncRNA Epigenetic Regulatory Database (PERlncDB) is a comprehensive platform that integrates high-quality lncRNA data from 19 plant species with large-scale ChIP-seq, BS-seq, and RNA-seq datasets to explore the epigenetic regulation and functional roles of lncRNAs. It offers modules for browsing species-specific annotations, searching epigenetic features, cross-species conservation analysis, and visualizing epigenomic landscapes. Key features include insights into tissue-specific histone modifications, differential epigenetic regulation under stress, and higher DNA methylation levels in lncRNA regions compared to protein-coding genes. With its user-friendly interface and diverse analytical tools, PERlncDB serves as a valuable resource for advancing research in plant epigenomics.
